Corky's Ultralight restoration was a joint effort between him and myself and lasted through the winter 2003 to 2004 all the way into late spring. But the effort was well worth it as it turned out excellent and incorporated all the mods and improvements possible. Such as Rudder-up-down mod, fixed spring loaded nose gear, HD trailing edge, custom panel, chute-in-wing mod, heater, new paint with stars, you name it. As you can see Corky could not wait for the wings and proceeded to get the feel of taxiing even in winter.
